How does it work?
You tell us your child's first name, age and look, pick one of six adventures and, if you like, a few things they love. In about a minute we write a brand-new story starring them and illustrate the cover and the first pages so you can preview it for free. If you love it, you buy the PDF or order a printed hardcover, and we illustrate the rest of the book.
Is the story really new for every child?
Yes. Each story is written from scratch for the details you give, using an AI model guided by our rules for gentle, age-appropriate picture books. Two children who choose the same adventure get different stories. Because the words are generated, please read the preview: if something is not right, change the details and create a new preview for free.
How do you make the illustrations look like my child?
You choose skin tone, hair color, hairstyle and glasses, and we draw a character with those features, then keep the same character on every page. We do not ask for photos, so the hero looks like a storybook version of your child rather than a portrait.
Which languages can the book be written in?
English, German, French, Spanish and Hebrew. The language of the book is separate from the language of this website, so you can, for example, browse in English and create a book in Hebrew for a grandchild.
What age is it for?
Children from 2 to 9. The age you choose sets the length of the text on each page: a few short lines for toddlers, longer paragraphs for confident readers.
How much does it cost?
The preview is free. The digital book (PDF) costs $2.99. The printed hardcover costs $39 plus $9 shipping, and includes the PDF. Prices are in US dollars and you see the total before you pay.
What is the printed book like?
A full-color hardcover, 21 × 21 cm (about 8.3 in) square, around 30 pages: the cover, a title page with your dedication, a 'this book belongs to' page, twelve illustrated story spreads and a back cover with a short blurb.
How long does delivery take?
Each book is printed on demand after you order, which usually takes a few business days, and then shipped. Delivery time depends on your country. We email you the tracking link as soon as the book ships.
Which countries do you ship to?
Most of Europe, the United States and Canada, the United Kingdom, Israel, Australia and New Zealand, and several more. The checkout only offers countries we can deliver to. The digital book is available everywhere.
Can I change the story before I order?
Yes: change any detail and create a new preview, as many times as you like, for free. We can't hand-edit the words of a story, so a new preview is the way to change it.
What happens to the details I enter?
We use them only to write, illustrate, print and deliver your book. We never ask for photos. Our AI providers process the details to write and draw the story, and our print partner receives the finished book and your delivery address. You can ask us to delete your book at any time. Our privacy policy lists everything.
What if the book arrives damaged or misprinted?
Write to us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and we will reprint the book or refund you. Because every book is personalized and made to order, we can't accept returns for a change of mind.
